Hi, this is Steve from Simple Office Solutions in Santa Rosa in Sonoma County. Today, I want to discuss how to send an email to someone who’s not in your address book on your copier without using your PC.

To start, we go to the Image Send section and touch the Address Book key. So down here, you’ll notice a button that says Address Entry. If you touch that button, it’ll give you a choice of an email and then whether you’re going to have a To or a CC, in this case, we’re going to to be sending it to somebody. Touch that button, and then we get a keyboard where we can type in the address.

Once their address is entered, hit the Okay, you’ll notice that the address will be displayed at the top of the screen. We place our document in the feeder, hit Go, the machine will read the document and send an email to the recipient.
